📦 Before You Open Press Record!

If your package looks damaged, please record a clear, continuous unboxing video while opening it.

For any transit-damage claim, we’ll need:

• Your Order Number
• A clear, continuous unboxing video
• Clear photos of the package and damaged product

We know, we know… one more video to record. But this little video helps both you and us. 😊

💛 When Can You Request a Return?

Returns are accepted strictly for damage caused during transit.

Please email us at valenteenas01@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and the required video/photos.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for any other reason, including change of mind, size preference, colour variation or simply deciding that you've changed your mind after ordering.

Please check the product dimensions and details before placing your order — we promise they're there for a reason! 😊

📦 If Your Return Is Approved

Once approved, the product must be sent back in its original packaging and unused condition, wherever possible.

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Please use a reliable courier with tracking. SoulScript is not responsible for products lost or damaged during the return shipment.

💰 Refunds

If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed within 7 days after we receive the returned product and complete the necessary verification.

A Few More Things

• No return or exchange for customized/personalized products.
• Minor colour differences due to screens, lighting or photography are not considered damage.
• Exchanges are not available for reasons other than approved transit damage.
