What are the shipping charges?

Within Tamil Nadu:

Orders below ₹999:

Standard shipping charges apply.

Rest of India:

Shipping charges are calculated based on the courier service, location and order details.

For orders with a minimum value of ₹499, applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

We may also occasionally have free-shipping codes or offers. If one is available, lucky you! You can use it subject to the terms and availability of the offer. 💛

International shipping charges will be calculated based on the destination and courier service.

💳 How Can I Pay?

We accept secure online payments through the payment options available at checkout, including cards, net banking, UPI and other supported payment methods.

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for your PIN code, you'll see the option at checkout along with the applicable charges.

⏰ How Long Will My Order Take?

Once your order is placed, we usually process it within 1–2 working days, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page.

During launches, sales, holidays or the occasional “everything happened at once” situation, processing may take up to 5 working days.

Once your order is shipped, we'll send you the tracking details by email/SMS.

You can then follow your package's journey from “Where is it?” to “Yay, it's here!” 📦

🏠 Can I Change My Shipping Address?

If your order has not been dispatched, we may be able to update the address.

Please contact us as soon as possible using your registered email/phone number with the correct address.

Once the package has left us, changing the address may not be possible.

✋ Can I Cancel My Order?

We get it. Sometimes you click “Place Order” and immediately remember something important. 😄

Cancellation requests can be considered only if:

• The request is made within 12 hours of placing the order, and
• The order has not yet been dispatched.

🚨 Can SoulScript Cancel an Order?

We do our best to fulfil every order. However, in rare situations, an order may need to be cancelled due to:

• Incorrect or insufficient address
• Non-serviceable delivery location
• Payment-related issues
• Other unforeseen circumstances
